Noy urges Pinoys: Don’t be too excited about 2016 polls

BRUSSELS – President Aquino warned some individuals and groups Monday against getting too excited about the 2016 elections, as he urged Filipinos to continuously exercise their power to shape the government that they wish to serve them.
