NDRRMC lowers Luis death toll to 3 #gma news

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council has lowered the death toll from Typhoon Luis (Kalmaegi) to three as of Tuesday evening, removing from the list of fatalities those who died from the sinking of a roll-on roll-off vessel off Southern Leyte last weekend.
