House opposition hits Abad for incomplete report on DAP #gma news

The United Nationalist Alliance on Tuesday criticized Budget Secretary Florencio Abad for submitting an incomplete report on the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) to the House at the budget deliberations, saying the document was riddled with blanks and lacked details on the amount requested by or released to select lawmakers.
